Asa - Is Depiction Working?

Hianother few questions: the weather is changing in FSX, but the green depiction light is not lighting up (it only did at the beginning of the flight). Is the depiction still working correctly eventhough the application isn

You will only see depiction turning green just after a weather download has completed, once the download is saved to disk depiction with then turn green as it is being loaded into the simulation, or a least that's how I understand it. So if you have the download updates slider set at 30 minute intervals you will only see depiction in green every 30 minutes or so.

Hi,If you are using FSUIPC 4 wind smoothing you should disable ASA DWC which may be fighting FSUIPC for control of the winds. Without DWC mode then FSUIPC v4 smoothing is a perfect match. FWIW the Depiction Active generally does not light when using DWC, this is noted in the documentation. Best,
