ASA weather now seems to be working except wind direction is always wrong. And also when I see the map I can't see the wind direction arrow even when the wind is tick. Any help this time.

Either there is no wind in that area or you aren't zoomed out far enough on the map to see the direction arrows. Also give the wind chance to swing round to the correct direction, it moves slowly on my system so as not to cause sudden wind shifts and overspeed problems etc.

Cheers, Andy.

What kind of ridicule answer is that. That suppose to be technical support? Of course is wind, by the report (I try at least 20 places) and of course I zoom in and out. ("Also give the wind chance to swing round to the correct direction") I thing 1 hour is enough. Also some time I have same report in 10 places. Sydney in middle of the summer -1C good one!For last 4 days I didn't get any help from technical support. I feel like I flashed my $50US in the toilet.Only one explanation for this strange behavior of ASA there is something wrong with the server.

You need to be patient, it's the holidays and the HiFi team have lives. Every release of software has teething issues, so give them time to fix the bugs. They already know about the wind problems, among other things. HiFi has always been the best in supporting their software and providing fast updates. They are working on it.

Lezec17 I'm sorry you didn't like my answer but I don't work for HIFI I'm a customer just like you, who happened to be lucky enough to get on the Beta team. Give HIFI a break as has already been mentioned I don't know what part of the world you come from but in some pats of the world its a pretty big holiday season at the moment so customer support at most places will be thin to non existent at this time of year. I responded to you because I too though that the wind arrows weren't showing up in the map view when I was beta testing the software, until I realised they were actually there but you could generally only see them when you zoomed the map out a bit. Also on your other point I was just explaining to you what I had seen as far as winds were concerned this wasn't an official reply from support, as I have already said I'm just a user like anyone else, now that you realise that I hope you will understand the situation a little more clearly. All the best.

Cheers, Andy.
