Yes Jim, already tried that and it didn't help.Launching the app from the main ASA_Exec .exe file does the same.

Jim,In order to help you, I am trying to understand why this problem occured suddenly. No Windows upgrade has been installed these last days, I didn't change the display driver nor installed any other software.I've tried disabling Vista visual themes and desktop composition with no success.I've uninstalled AS6 from my computer also and as I said previously, i have uninstalled ASA, rebooted the PC and installed it again.Very weird!!

Hi David,Perhaps your screen resolution changed, and ASA is now located off-screen. When you close ASA the window position is saved and recalled on startup.Check your registry. HKCU\Software\HiFi\ASA\ActiveSettings\WindowPosX, WindowPosY. You can either manually reset these (to something like 100 and 100), or delete those values, or if you are not comfortable editing the registry, change your resolution/monitor configuration back to what it was and then move the window to a central location that will not be offscreen. Then change resolution/config back, and you should be able to access ASA window and change as required in the new configuration.Does this help?Best,

Hi Damian,Yes, deleting the registry values DID help, thanks a lot!The interesting thing is that I didn't change my screen resolution and because it's my private PC, nobody did so.Anyway, I now know how to fix that if it occurs again.Best wishes,David

Hi Damian,I have the same problem running on WinXP and I have never changed my screen resolution. Presumably the registry path is different in XP so can you advise please? Thanks.Iain Smith
