Lat/lon Format In Airac Files

Hello,Is there somebody out there who can explain me how to put the LAT/LON format from "normal" to that used in the AIRAC-files :exemple : EBBR is N50

Normal? The normal formats are decimal degrees, degrees decimal minutes and degree minutes decimal seconds. The "coversion between each one is just using the factor of 60, either multiplying or dividing as appropriate. For example, if you want to convert decimal degrees to degrees decimal minutes (your "normal" case) multiply the decimal part of the number by 60 (there are 60 minutes in a degree). In this case, 50.901389 (.901389 * 60 = 54.083) is equivalent to 50:54.083. Going the other way, you would divide 54.07 minutes by 60 to obtain 0.901 or 50:54.07 is equivalent to 50.901 degrees.
