Bye, Bye Birds Eye...?

I downloaded some of the Birds Eye View USA files for FS9 earlier this month and intended to purchse them, but BEV seems to have vanished from the Fiight One site. Is it gone for good? How does (or did) it compare with Ultimate Terrain USA for FS9?Thanks

Unfortunately, you're too late. They went out of business quite some time ago and the group took them over and tried to keep the product's support alive has since apparently vanished as well. Really too bad, too. I use them both (UT and BEV) and together my FS9 experience is simply unbelievable! There are many comparable (and more up to date) products available and if you ask around here there are others who can direct you. Good luck!

I finished buying the last of the Birdseye seasons last month and I'm very happy with all of them. Birdseye is especially good at lining up the autogen and 2d building outlines with roads.They can still be purchased at the Flightsim Pilot Shop store. But be warned that the offer for the free Spring season when you buy the other four seasons is not valid anymore.
