Found this on Boing Boinghttp://www.boingboing.net/2009/01/01/free-...res-images.htmlA company has released their blue marble (whole earth) data set at 250m/pixel. That's twice the resolution available from NASA.It's a 15 Gigapixel image overall.I might include this in Tileproxy Beta 9, as this is Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution licensedChristian

Very cool. Shame they won't release their 15m map without paying them $125k; but that would be a pretty serious download anyway. How big is the 250m version?
