@ Sebastian, I'm not sure what could be the problem. Send an email to PMDG support and hopefully they can get it sorted out for you. I hope you're up and flying soon!
I hope so too. I'd send the email about 5 hours ago. No answer till now. Hope, it will come today with the right way. Sebastian

Sebastian: Make sure you get an automated response from pmdg. If not, then they didn't get your email through their picky filter. Some folks need to get a google account to send to them, don't understand it but there you go.
