Higher resolution = more fps?

Hi Ray, I do have it set to 32 bit color in the Display settings. It is the menus of FS2K2 that I only have the option of 1280x1028x16. I think I found the answer though. I need to go into the "FS2002.cfg file" and make a change.Thanks, Ron

Hi Ron,I also saw that other thread and was about to direct you there. Glad you've got it sorted. The only real difference 32-bit colour gives is that shadows are grey, not black.Cheers,

I found it made a huge difference. No more tearing and jagged aircraft parts or missing mountain textures. Also made some cloud edges better.Todd
