strange controls

A Pilot doesn't see his Elevators or his Ailerons so the majority of PMDG's customers aren't going to be extremely annoyed. In reference to the fluidity of the throttle, well that's due to the number of keyframes, to increase the performance in the VC you're not going to see the throttle moving every increment to the millimeter because that would be rather counter-productive. I think you'll find PMDG have their priorities sorted out, they do realise that people prefer to have fluidity throughout Flight Sim, and sacrificing some minor animations, as opposed to getting awful performance, whereby the Aircraft doesn't handle like an MD-11, and actually making the Aircraft unflyable. If what you really want is to see Ailerons and Elevators moving, and to see a smooth transition with the throttle, then there's always the iFDG MD-11 and the Overland MD-11. But we paid 80 bucks for this... John Schwabe

I don't have a problem with the fluidity of the Ailerons or the Elevators, so I doubt it's a bug. You've paid $80 for a working product, if they had inserted more keyframes into the Throttles then you'd probably be experiencing a 50% decrease of FPS in the VC; so what would you prefer? To be honest I think that it's a brilliant product, and to most people, who value PMDG products for what they are, the throttles aren't going to be a concern of theirs. But i'm not talking about the throttles. I am talking about the control surfaces.

Yes, Luke, it is a brilliant product. I love it and appreciate all the hard work, including the port into FS9 and attempt to keep FPS better for all of us. Unfortunately, you and I are wasting our time with these people. :(

Look PMDG is not a god. The also make faults like this. A lot of other products don't have this strange behavior of the stick and controls. The pmdg 747 doesn't have this. So the is some where a bug.
