Just install the EditVoicepack program, it is part of the update that you first get when you choose to download the past updates.

Which is? The "Catcus" or the "America West"?I have the latest update and there is no "America West".

I understand that cactus is the callsign for America West, but, that's not what I want.So, I was asking if anybody knew of a callsign that said America West instead.Get it?
