DSX Maule_M7_260C aircraft.cfg "contact points"

Recommended Posts

Hello,The "contact points" section of the FSX Maule_M7_260C has been corrupted. The plane sits with the tail in the ground. I would like to get the specific info of the 2 lines of values behind "point.0" which is where I believe the problem is. Is it possible that somebody could get me the aircraft.cfg or just the "contact points" values of it? Otherwise, is it possible to obtain the aircraft.cfg from the location of the aircraft in the FSX discs? If so, how is this done? I am not familiar with doing this in FSX. Thank you so much.Bob Anderson

Hi,Thank you for the "contact points" values. I'm really puzzled now. :( I checked each line & these values are the same as I have for the Maule but the plane still loads with the tail in the ground. What else could cause this problem? Any ideas? Thanks,Bob Anderson

I believe you could get problems like this if you are using an FS9 airport scenery where you see this behaviour. Since FSX has a round earth model while FS9 doesn't, FS9 sceneries don't behave properly. Do you see this behaviour at all airports, or just at some airport where you have added another scenery?
