B737-800 Gauge file.Help

Doh!!!!!!! I'm such an idiot!! I accidentily deleted my FSX default aircraft 737-800 gauge file while trying to get the VC of the POSKY B777 to work,Can someone please save me a total reinstall of FSX and PM me this file, or e-mail @dddffy1@comcast.netThank You/Patrick/

Repair feature?I never heard of that,is it something built in the sim? Or is it something I need to download separately?Thank You for the reply./Patrick/

Just put FSX disk 1 in your dvd drive and select repair :(The gauge file should be available in one of the .cab-files on the disks as well, if you don't feel like using the repair function. If you have altered any of the default FSX files, your changes will be overwritten when you do the repair (I think), so you might want to back up altered files.

OK,Thank You,I'm not worried about altered files but I do have alot of scenery and aircraft add-ons I'd hate to lose,Thanks very much for the great info!!!Cheers/Patrick/

Just Un-delete the file. You should still be able to recover it off the drive.

I can't find the file anymore,it's not in the Recycle bin.

Open up your windows help and search for the "recover" command if the file is not in the recycle bin. It will explain the rest there how to do it.
