Download Error Message?

When attempting to download some files I get the attached error message. Please help to fix this.Thanks a lot,

Howard, the error indicates an error with your MSIE and a certain plugin. This is unrelated to the library and involved a file on your computer. I suggest that if you have made recent changes to roll back or uninstall those changes.I personally am not familiar with that plugin but I will do a quick search and report back here.

A quick google search online says that iebrowserc.dll is a malware virus-type problem. I suggest you sweep your computer for viruses and remove.

Thanks John, I did a virus scan and installed and ran Adaware and still get the same error. Can you suggest another spyware program to use?Thanks again,
