Loss of "D cockpit and guages in all aircraft after installing PMDG 747 X

When installing the PMDG 747 for flight sim FSX I see black holes where the instruments should be. I have tried re-installing everything except my operating system (Vista). I have a new PC, new Vista, and new Installation (see specs below). The validation didn't install with the new Installation. On install, you should be asked to validate.If you are having problem with that you will need to send a msg to pmdg support, and be sure to get an automated response from them to confirm they got your request.

Hi Dan, Thank you for your reply but I don't appear to have any trouble with the validation, it accepts it no problem. I have tried everything to get this to work. It is driving me crazy.RegardsPaul
