It won't be an FS action but a possible keycommand on the pmdg menu. I don't recall those functions being available but I tested all the keycommands more than a couple of wake-ups ago and don't remember.I use a panel switcher command to bring the fuel control panel up when starting so I don't have to look for it.

In FSUIPC I believe the command to start the pnuematic starter is, Engine 1(2,3, etc.) Jet Starter. The fuel control is Mixture Full Rich 1(2,3, etc) or Mixture Full Lean 1(2,3, etc.)I'm not on the FS system so I can't check directly, but dig around in the assignment command menu and you'll find it.
