Reinstall MD-11 - EXTENDED DOWNLOAD SERVICE

Hallo,i have send two e-mails to the "updateme@precisionmanuals.com" and i have no answer since 12.20 clock at 29.01.2009 up to yet.Thats more than 24H. What can I do?Rainer :(

It's possible that your email is being eaten by a spam filter somewhere. You should receive a receipt of your email within minutes. If you haven't, you should try sending your email from a different email account (try hotmail or gmail).

Rainer, if you are not getting an automated response from pmdg then they are not getting your emails. Just a thought.
