No clicking at that link had me redirected to my local country page which was exacly the link I gave with the same prices 376 SEK.And I really find that unreasonable expensive for a year subscription.
http://www.esetscandinavia.com/purchase/renew_license/thats the renew license page. You must send them the requested information and I assume they will quote you from there. Why their cost (other than currency conversion) would be different from the mother website is strange unless your government is adding in some kind of tax charge. 376 Swedish kronor = 44.91 U.S. dollars

That is were I'm directed if I click renew or purchase. I only know that since the economic crises in USA the dollar has gone up about 25% (shouldn't it be the other way instead?). And two years ago I paid 477 SEK for a two year subscription and now they wan't 597 SEK for that :( .At any rate I have uninstalled NOD32 and installed AVG free antivirus. I think I will use that unless I run into some problems. It seems to be a fully functional antivirus software

I have used NOD32 as antivirus sw and it's time to pay a new yearly subscription. That I find very expensive. So I'm considering getting something else. What good alternatives are there? For example I have heard that NORTON is bad for FS. Is there something else I should stay away from?
I have never had any problems with Norton. On my work computer I use BitDefender.
