Forum problems and bandwidth

Recommended Posts

Hi all,I see a lot of people have begun to attach small Google Earth pictures instead of the 'normal' Duenna simple graphic. With all due respect (AND with the rather poor forum performance in mind), wouldn't it be better to save some bandwidth by sticking with the old one?Just a thought...BRGDSSven Sorensen, EKCH

isn't the google earth image part of the updated duenna graphic and as such shouldn't affect bandwidth since it is just a image like any other.

Yes there's a new Duenna out Sven which now has a Google Earth graphic instead of the map previously. The file size is the same (in fact i think it's slightly smaller). Check out http://johannesmueller.com/fs/web/duenna/ and download the latest update released last week, Revision 120.

I stand corrected, then. Actually it is better to look at, so I better go and get the new Duenna!BRGDSSvenPS: VPN will be brought online as soon as I get home - say 1600UTC.
