Library trouble today, 3/24/08?

Hi, Is the Library server having problems? For the first time in years, I'm having trouble today getting files, takes several tries, "Sorry, we are really busy" message sometimes, other times Firefox message "Server Timeout - the server is taking too long to respond". I was able to get some of the files I wanted. With a major upgrade just a few weeks ago, I'm surprised. I checked the front page but no library news there...

Wish I could say it was "the first time in years" though - I'm unable to download files probably 80% of the time. today though I can't even search for files, let alone download them, so this is different than my normal mode of failure.

All,Not entirely sure what's going on... Our IT guy is in the process of being notified right now. From what I understand, the new system isn't actually "available" yet, as it's still being programmed to take all the current information in a transfer.I will keep everyone posted.
