Library down?

All morning I have been trying to use the file library buti can not seem to get to the page. instead of loadingI get:"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes:You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. What you can try: Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected. Retype the address. Go back to the previous page."I have even emptyed my deleted the history as well as delete the temp internet files, deleted all my cokies and still have this problem. So that leads me to think this is on AVSIMS side..or am I the only one with the problem?EDIT: I just noticed the post under this one.. he he whoops!

Apparently the library was down for a short time but is now up and running.
