Makes interesting reading, especially this part in view of recent events:'The other pilots who evaluated the aircraft also commented about the lack of feel in the flare because the elevator was now hydraulically powered. Bombardier powered the elevator to allow a greater range of aircraft CG and to meet control force certification requirements for tailplane icing.'
