MD11 voice problem

I cannot here the voice in ground and callout communications any more. I have reinstalled MD11 but it did not helped.The wave-files exists and I can play them in Windows Media Player./Lars

Did you try to adjust the VOLUME knob in your PMDG ADD_ON section? Just a guess......
