What's up with the Library?

I've uploaded several files to Avsim without a problem. But last night I uploaded a file three times. Each time I got an email saying there was a "server glitch" and the file got corrupted and to re-upload it. When I add a thumbnail, it doesn't show in the preview as usual, just the red x in a box. 4 new cycle's have been added, so it seems like only a few are having this problem, can someone from the team please make a statement?
