Addon aircraft - No Textures

Hi,I just updated my FSx deluxe edition with SP1 and SP2. This is my first time installing an aircraft in FSX. I did everything the manual said, but when I load up the aircraft, I can see the design but there are no textures. It's just a model. Am I doing something wrong here? I loaded up the effects in the effects folder and installed the aircraft in the simobjects/aircraft folder. I can see the texture folders i.e model.1 etc, inside the main aircraft folder but for some reason, FSX does not load it. Any suggestions? Thanks :).

Sounds like you have Direct X 10 preview turned on, and the aircraft you're viewing are not DX10 compatible. Disable the Direct X 10 preview in your FSX settings.
