Recommended Posts

These are old news I'm sure but something I recently discovered (yes I live under a rock). An excellent rendition of FMMI ( Antananarivo, Madagascar) I regret it is on the RU site (I had no idea they were not affiliated with ourt AVSIM here), However the scenery is very well done.http://www.avsimrus.com/f/sceneries-fs2004...ml?fileid=14605As well as VTCC (Chiang Mai Thailand) found right here in the library (and less than two hours from VHHX for you Kai Tak lovers!).http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=...atID=fs2004scenI know we have had a dozen or so of these type threads before but heck, Feel free to add to the list freeware only please :(

You probabaly know this one but it's one of my favorites and a freeware legend. The ISD Malpensa. The library seems to be down at the moment or there is some problem with my connection so I can't post the links. Also, EDDM (Munich) by Heiko Futterer, LIRN (Naples) by Gianni Mantellini and LROP (Bucharest) by Romania Scenery Design Team.Naples has a nice 2600ft runway, suits the PMDG 737 perfectly, if you see what I mean Al :( :(

Ok we got the ball rolling....I love the later ISD scenery's too Onur. (BTW I will test out my new PSS 757 this weekend and post the flight on my blog)I will add this scenery too, Bratislava - LZIBhttp://www.flightsim.cz/fsitem.php?act=exe&id=566It's well done but I do not fly there much as I own the FT version of LOWW and given the choice (they are only 50 miles or so apart)... :( It's worth a download though.

Excellent news Al, I'm very interested in that 757, looking forward to that trip report on your blog!! :(I agree with you on the LZIB scenery, not bad at all.I would also recommend this Kiev scenery, http://www.avsimrus.com/f/sceneries-fs2004...v0-1b-4197.html , I know that you have recently been flying around in that part of the world :(

Hey Joeseph.Look in Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\LROP\scenery folder the for this file...LROP_Delta static library.bgl and rename it to LROP_Delta static library.bakThat will get rid of the static Delta 767.

LIRN's runway is about 8600 feet including a displaced threshold. 2600 would be pretty tight :)
