Not only that,Enter in the LEGS page the VOR you want to track as your next waypoint, you wil get an INTERCEPT COURSE prompt (in the lower right side of the CDU screen if I remember), enter the desired course and activate. You will get a magenta active route line. Now you can use LNAV as standard to follow the selected radial.
