Hello there,I know Altair Virtual Airline had a flight data recorder type system for use when completeing the trial flight, however, after searching all over the place (both here and on flightsim.com), I have been unable to find what I'm looking for. Basically, what I need is a utility that will record the aircraft's heading, altitude, etc. for the same pupose Altair uses it for. It shouldn't just make a video however.Any help much appreciated!Cheers,Andy

Does the Flight Analysis option not provide the data you are seeking?It is accessed from the Options tab on the Menu bar at the top of your screen. :(

No, it doesn't. I need the ability for it to be exported and be reviewed outside of flight simulator, of course I knew about the Flight Analysis, but I should have pointed out this is for use with mentor/student activities.

FSACARS (also a bit dated) will save a text log of a flight. Here's an example of the flight info it records although in this case it was auto-submitted to a web based PHP/MySQL pirep system rather than exported to a text log.
