MD-11 crashes..... I can't fly -.-

Hey guys,I've got a strange problem witht the MD-11:All works well, but after ca. 30 minutes of flight, I can hear a sizzling noise from the speakers, a few minutes later the EICAS gets nearly black, and after again 2 minutes the PC crashes! :( Has anyone got the same problem? Or a solution?Ben

Out of memory perhaps? Which version of the sim are you on (FS9 or FSX?), and what OS are you using?Tom

FS9 or FSX?Common fix is to assign an upper limit to frame rate. Unlimited frame rates will cause a problem with those symptoms.

Ya, that sizzling is the sound of your memory chips frying due to the strain :(

Sounds like a recurrence of the same wiring problems that downed Swissair 111. :(
