747-400 FSX Manual is confusing

Recommended Posts

PMDG FSX Manual that appears under the FSX/PMDG folder after installation.......I'm a little confused I downloaded the Operating Manual directly from the PMDG website which is version 1.0. But when I installed the 747-400 for FSX, I noticed that the "installed" manual is broken up into separate sections, individual PDF files, rather than one large document. Here is where the confusion comes in:1) It appears that the documentation that is located in the FSX/PMDG directory are revisions to the original version 1.0 downloaded from the PMDG website, For example, section 1, Takeoff documentation, starts off with pages 1-1, then 1-26, then 1-3, then 1-46, etc. Does this replace the entire section, even though it has much fewer pages, or does it add new pages to the existing original version? What gives?2) There are two Cruise sections (2-1), one dated 26Jul05 and the other dated 26Feb06. Why did they include the 26Jul05 version since it appears to be the same as the original one I downloaded from the website?I could continue with the rest, but I think you get the drift of my questions. What I would like to do, is download the full document with all the changes made or included.......anyone know where I could get that?Bill
