ASA not conecting

Hi,Thanks for posting the picture.Please double check your firewall and see if the firewall is allowing ASA access. Even if it looks like it is, allow again in the firewall settings. Sometimes an update will be recognized as a new program.Please let us know.Thanks,

Hi,Is your AVAST blocking things for you? I have used AVAST for years and have never seen it block anything, but can you please look into that?Thanks,

No. It's everything ok, I don't know why it, because ASX works.

Hi,Disable Web Shield in AVAST and see what happens with ASA.Do you connect to the Internet through a proxy server?Thanks,
