Suggestion reg hottest files of the day / month / year

It seems since hugely popular World of AI packages are hosted in the AVSIM library, they practically populate all the hot downloads lists, making them harder to read and potentially hide many gems from other categories.I'd suggest, if able, to add a possibility to filter the hottest downloads list per current library categories available, FS2004 Scenery, FSX Aircraft.. etc

What helps me is to change the view to "Scan." Then I browse and look at the files which interest me. Saves me a lot of time.

That function is not available in the Hottest downloads lists I'm afraid..

Interesting. "Scan" view comes up by default for me in all three "Hottest" pages. But I had forgotten that this is the only view for me on those pages. It's the "What's New" page where I change the view.

After selecting Whats New you have the option of selecting by the day of the week: The time of Day; and you can use scan mode as well.
