747-400 Cold & Dark problem

I am seriously pulling my hair on this one. Even following the tutorials, my displays go dark after a few seconds. I have set the Parking Brake, checked the options in the PMDG menu for ground power, but the displays remain powered down.Can someone provide a file so I can start FSX with the 747-400 allready powered up and ready for flight?Tor EidePMDG MD-11 & 747-400

You have an authenication problem. Reinstall the aircraft, make sure the validation step works (it says, " Thank you for validating.") Failing that, send an email to pmdg support with your email used to order, order id and be sure to get an automated response.

Tor, the 747x is powered up for flight ny default. If you mean dark displays after selecting cold & dark from the load panel menu then :-Battery - ONStandby power - AUTOGround Power - ON (when availabe light on)Displays should light up then.John E
