Radar TCAS Gauge - Looking for . . .

I've looked at a few downloaded from here, but I have not located one that is a type that might be used in turbo-props or jets (250 knots cruising or better ) with a range to forty miles that without clicking on a target gives at least altitude info, particularly in differential altitude readout with climb or descent indication from your current altitude level.I have the Eric Marciano's radar panel that is one of three swapped with the 747's EICAS but it requires clicking on each target to get info. I've seen drawings of targets overlaying an EADI or whatever display but haven't found the gauge in the libraries here.Any suggestions?

Thanks for the response. I think the Monroy has a limited range and I have looked at it. What I am looking for is the display similar to the JetLine sample.(I'm an FLA 1.2 user and have posted on the Reality-XP forum hoping for a soon to be released date for the JetLine products.)I have looked at the 530 but there were legibility issues in incorporating it into panels because of real-estate but mostly the dark blue labels, hence the Apollo purchase. Maybe I'll get both. Yes I re-edit the panels to get a fit.I'm trying to avoid getting a TCAS that requires popping up over EICAS so I can simultaneously see traffic AND engine parameters during approach in aircraft like the RJ-85 and SAAB 340B (panel modified for EICAS) to get around some AI recognition limits with Radar Contact.

Hi Ronzie,so the Jet Line Avionics is for you! from a thread in another forum:From its standard size, Jet Line 2 is ideal to replace analogue ADI and HSI gauges, as its counterpart in:King Air 200, King Air 350 Beech 1900D Cheyenne 400 a lot of other Regional Turboprops (FS2002 wise, it works great in the C421 too!)Jet Line 4 is idealy retrofitted, as its counterpart in:BeechJet 400 (if you know an existing of upcoming one for FS2002, this would be a winner combination) CRJ Bombardier Challenger Falcon 50EX Falcon 2000 Falcon 20 SAAB 2000 Gulfstream 100 and 200 Learjet 60 IAI Astra SPX Galaxy (FS2002 wise, it is perfect to retrofit the Fokker 100) Altough Honneywell equipped, the Raytheon Premier is a good candidate for retrofit.Hope this helps!

Have you tried FSFlightMax? It is available now as freeware on the AVSIM library and it does what you want, plus you'll get lots of other features. R-

Flightmax is a good moving map display but it does not have a real TCAS (like many add-ons). Only a radar display of AI targets, and is not a standard equipment such as found on the above mentioned aircrafts like the SAAB.In better words taken form here (http://www.simforums.com/forums/display_topic_threads.asp?ForumID=12&TopicID=3415&PagePosition=1):the Jet Line Avionics models a TCAS II v6.x which provides traffic and resolution advisories. As a side note, the Reality XP Garmin also features a TCAS II v6.x.The Jet Line 4 also models a GPWS Mark V which given the track record of Reality XP should be as close to the real one as possible :-coolHope this helps!

Try this one..... 767-tcas-v1.zip here at avsim. it's designed for thew PIC 767 panel but works in every panel I've tried it in except VC's.Brian

I am happy to inform you that BOTH the FSFlightmax and FSGarmin530 now are able to use the NOAA NEXRAD Doppler RADAR images that are real time current information. To get any better data you would have to subscribe to the NOAA REAL REAL time FTP data transfer at about 10k per year per data set.Your FSFlightMax and Garmin 530 data will be with in minutes of being current.
