Poorly Concorde.

:( Hi Gang.I will post my aircraft config contents below, and perhaps some kind soul could take a look at it and let me know what they think is wrong.I keep running out of fuel, even when set to 75% fuel, and a flight from Dublin to Birmingham it is nearly empty.The first time I noticed something was wrong was when I looked at the fuel display counter on the main panel, it was counting down very Are you flying it in FSX or FS9. A fe of add ons that were not made for FSX will experience the fuel problem. If you are running FS9, are you turning off afterburners after take off. After burners are only used at takeoff and pushing the concorde from subsonic to supersonic speeds of about M1.1.Goran

reheat is used at take-off and and then again from M0.95 to M1.7. Are you managing the fuel correctly, there are 13 tanks that you need to monitor and make sure that the collector tanks 1-4 are kept supplied with fuel. The four collector tanks only contain about 4 tonnes each and will soon run dry if you dont follow the correct procedure.I dont fly the PSS concorde anymore having experienced constant stability issues when coming in to land. The SSTSIM model is a better a/c in my opinion.

Hi.Sorry, I should have stated I am running FS9.1I didn't have the re-heat on, and I am letting the VFE take care of the fuel etc, so I'm stumped as to why this is happening.I just completed a flight from Prestwick to LHR with 80% fuel, and had three engines stop again, when I looked at the fuel tanks in FS they were very strange, some nearly empty, some still full. I don't think the Virtual Flight Engineer is doing his job properly.Would someone be kind enough to post their aircraft cfg here for me to compare with mine.Thanks.

From previous posts a long time ago, the VFE does not do a good job if you are only doing a short flight. Best to handle fuel yourself in this situation.The problem is concorde has 13 tanks but FS9 can not simulate that many, so there is a fudge.
