Voicepack Decompiler from Dragonsoft, Need Help!

When I try to open the decompiler, it flashes once, then dissapears! Does anybody know why or how to fix this? Please help me!-Will

If you are using gvpdeco ver 1.0, you must use this decompiler in a Command Prompt mode, press start, programs, accessories, Command Prompt. A DOS type box will open. You will have to navigate to the folder you have the decompiler.Version 1.1 provide a Windows interface. Visit http:gpws.webpark.cz/gvpdeco/If all you want to do is update the airline call signs and correct errors in the default *.gvp files, then download Editvoicepack v2.2 from http:bevelsotne.xs4all.nl/FlightSimulator/Editvoicepack/
