PMDG 747- Manual ILS Radio Tune - but wroung runway

Recommended Posts

Guest jaskanFactor

I am having a problem with PMDG747, This problem occurs at airports where multiple runways share same ILS frequencyExample KJFKI tune 110.90/045 for runway 4L IQIH or something like that is the namebut instead i get IIWY or something like that, which is for runway 22L.Both runways have the same ILS frequency 110.90, but they not the same concrete. They are seperate concrete.I dont want to bother with FMC autotune, i just want to fly and enjoy the weather from ASA and textures from REX.I just want tomanual tune runway and have it show the runway i tune , not one that shares same frequency,ANy Help

You should select ILS 4L as your desired approach, this should remove any such ambiguity. So yes, you will be ultimately using auto tune.

ANy Help: Please sign your posts in this forum.Sounds to me like you should be flying the default aircraft to best enjoy the scenery.
