Reinstalling lost files

I've had a hard drive melt down and have lost everything including all my PMDG planes for FS2004. Can you please pull up my purchase records and how can download the planes without purchasing them all over again. I have a brand new system, have also bought the MD11 for FSX (which is on my new computer) and would like to reinstall my FS9 PMDG planes. (I've reinstalled FS9). Please advise.My name is Malcolm Alves and the last 4 digits on the card used for purchase are ...1937. I had previously purchased for FS9 the 737 series (both of them), the 747 and one of the twin engine small planes. I'd be grateful for a speedy reply.Yours truly, Malcolm Alves
