Few Questions re: ASA 394 and problem

I apologize if these questions have already been answered. Is it possible to configure ASA 394 to follow the aircraft? For example, if I am only AI Spotting and I switch from one airport to another I have to go to the report screen and enter the four letter airport code for ASA to recognize the airport. If I remember correctly ASAv65 use to automatically redirect and grab the new weather. I am using ASA networked on a FS Client connected to FS Machine via WideFS. I have "lock to closest" checked and I do not know if that is causing a problem. However, ASA is downloading weather and pushing it over to the sim so I don't think this is a network issue. I also noticed when I was doing a flight from KIAH to KJAN that ASA was not updating as I flew. I remember loading a flightplan similiar to the way I do with ASAv65.Also, when I go to the map screen I am unable to check the "lock to FS position" checkbox. Any ideas?I also found out that when I click the 'make pilot report' button it says I am not live. Here is my log file.

I have ASA connecting to FSX via Simconnect and working correctly . I am still troubleshooting the FS9 problem. I have the correct share folders setup. Is their a way to have ASA prompt for the file locations again? Any ideas? Also, I do not understand why it is balking at my fsuipc version. I have fsuipc 3.90 registered.

Does anyone know how to set this -> FS9 My Docs Path Value = C:\Users\Drew\Documents\Flight Simulator Files\. My FS9 My Docs Path Value = is blank. I think if I can get that issue resolved that may solve the other issues. I still can't understand why ASA thinks I am using an earlier version of fsuipc.

Hi,1. Are WideFS and FS communicating fine?2. Did you share your My Documents folder across your network?3. You might try and re-register your FSUIPC. Move your FSUIPC.key file out and re-register it. A bad key file can sometimes cause problems.4. I don't think your FSUIPC and ASA are communicating and that is why you can't lock to closest on the map screen.Thanks,
