Need engine shimmer and exhaust

Any good engine shimmer AND exhaust to recommend? Please give me links. Or please give me some ideas on what to search or which ones will look good, or just give me your opinion. :( Thanks. (Preferably to use with POSKY and PMDG etc mostly jets, have searched on www.avsim.com and www.flightsim.com and soooo many choices, which one to download? Need your opinion on this one!)

Do these add the shimmer effect, not just the black smoke exhaust to the aircraft?

Will I need the 21mb file for the heat shimmer and exhaust etc package or is ees_v32.zip a complete package or an update on the original (21mb)?
