PMDG 747-400 Crash

Hi there, I havn't had any problems with the PMDG 747-400X but today, when I select the aircraft, or any repaint of it in the Aircraft selection menu the game freezes and comes up with a 'Send error report' type error. I have no idea what is causing this and have reinstalled the Plane twice already. Any help?Much Appreciated,Tom Cahill

Did you install anything else since the last time that the 747X worked okay? I ask because this sounds like something in the fsx dll that keeps track of approved installs. Reinstalling will not solve this one but see the article in the PMDG Ops section: http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/FSX_Trust_DLL_Policy and also http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/PMDG_747-400X_FAQIf the first reinstall doesn't help then the chances of the second one making a difference is pretty slim... hope this helps.

Doesn't seem to help i'm afraid, When I remove the entries from the trusted section FSX does ask me to re-add them, and I do, but the crash still occurs. I have not installed anything new recently, so I don't know why the plane has suddenly started doing it. The only hints I had something was up was Before I did my first reinstall when I booted up FSX it asked me to retrust the PMDG dll's. And when I loaded the plane where the screens and landing gear etc should be was a blank bitmap, but now I have this error and I don't know what to do...Any more help? Much AppreciatedTom

Sorry, I don't have first hand experience with this one but if you drop a message to pmdg support you'll get the help you need. Be sure to get an automatic response.
