PMDG 747 cruise problem

Recommended Posts

PMDG Support team,Once I start my cruise the 747 begins to pitch up uncontrollably. I then disengage the autopilot and push all the way down on the yoke, and the plane still climbs very fast. After climbing about 3000 feet, I begin to descend only to find it happing again. I've tried to turn off the weather and it still happens. Is there any way to fix this problem? I fly the 747 in FSX.-lovetofly28

What is your initial cruise altitude? What does the FMC indicate as your initial optimal and max cruise altitudes?Fabio van Roon

My cruise altitude is 34000 feet, my optimal cruise altitude is FL 346 and my max is FL 378. But it happens at all the altitudes I fly at.

You really have to provide much more information - some pictures of your PFD to see what A/P mode you are in.
