My NEW 737-200 PANEL

Recommended Posts

Good job, Predator. Which FMC and TCAS does your panel use? Will your installer still use the Terry Gaff/Tinmouse's model? And will still keep the other Tinmouse systems (overhead, PDCS, radios, etc)? And offtopic: you are from Ecuador, am I right? :(Best regards and Merry Christmas from Colombia,Luis Miguel

HelloYes I'm from Ecuador..... I'm using the payware Friendly Panels 737 FMC which works perfectly with the LNAV mode but will not be incluided obviously but to users who had it I'll add the proper lines to the panel.cfg to add it properly.. Also.. this panel will incluide all its systems incluiding Overhead, radio stack, throttle quadrant in a window and fixed in the main panel, all 2d views, INS. and all the functions users are used to have in their 737's Sperry 177 equiped planes... and of course will incluide the fantastic Tinmouse Model along with custom sounds, and heavily reworked liveries in all textures. The new panel will incluide a new photoreal layout which will incluide a new approach view. So it will be completely different than the photos shown here since in those photos I'm using Luis Da Costa Pereira's 737 panel but heavily modified to fit the 737-200. I'm trying to arrange a visit to a real 737-200 airplane to take pictures and adapt them to my panel.... Sadly due to a bad tech service I've lost all my information from my PC so it will delay my work a little.... But I'll be posting my advances here...Best regards and happy hollydays to all

Yes it is... with several additionals and modifications... but most of the main instruments are from the original richard probst's panel

dear friendsI'm trying to schedule for the next week hopefully my visit to a real 737-200 Sperry 177 auto pilot equipped aircraft .. then i'll have to once again install everything in my computer and then I will continue updating my panel with the photo bitmaps obtained... It may take some weeks since I plan to add new windows and modified gauges to be exact as the real airplane as possible and I need to learn some things in the process... I'm using only Abacus FS Panel Studio... sometimes is easy sometimes complicated... I don't know how to add invisible clickspots to call other windows... but sooner or later I'll figure that out... I'll be posting photos of the panel arrange I'll be using as soon as I have them, also I have to update my 732 model to the 1.26 version.. Please be patient... it would be worth.any xperts on the abacus fspanel studio are welcome to help :) thanks 4 ur support

good news!!! Today unexpectedly I went to visit the 737-200 and took all the photos I needed for the upcomming panel... I'm working now with those bitmaps to fit the instruments perfectly... here are some pics of the panel.. these are not the final bmp's I'm using.. but gives you the idea of what to expect for the main panel and the approach view... I express my gratitude to Icaro Air and it's friendly owners for making this possible... This particular aircraft was in APU maitenance prior its flight carrying help from Ecuador for the people of Haiti as I heard. Best regards PS Due to possible copyright infractions Shame%20On%20You.gif... please understand the Predator banner....

MORE GOOD NEWSI spent most of the day modifying the main layout... here is the first preview of the main instrument panel ready to fit the nav and engine control instruments, I need to work a little bit more on the MCP and the visible part of the overhead... well, there's a bunch of stuff still to be made... but today I did a lot specially deleting the visible yoke and to make it look real.. :( ... hope you like it... please comments are welcome..
