Help PSU and GPU

I have a friend who already has that PSU and his GPU crapped out a few days ago (8600GT)

Yes, but You will encounter problems when using Quad CPU. I had 560Watt powering QX9770 + GTX280 + Saitek's Hardware and TH2Go and it was not enough.Try this link:http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jspAnd do the countings under 100% load (becouse it is FSX - resource hungry application)

My friend has an AMD CPU...plus I did some side research and found out that is should work fineFor multi rail PSUs (12V rails)What do you do is divide the max power in watts (usually found directly under the 12v amperage on the back of your PSU) by 12 = real amperage
