Take off chart for 747-400

Recommended Posts

Yup, general ones are in the documentation that comes with the Queen (specific location/runway chart would mean a massive pdf file). You can also use software which saves you all the bother - Topcat, Utopia to name two.John Ellison

PMDG Wiki Ops have a few specific airport runway charts for a GE-powered 744. LHR, JFK, EWR and HKG are amongst them. Also explains how to use them.http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/Assum...take-off_charts

Btw, could you tell me a little bit about TOPCAT? How reliable is it? Is it freeware/payware?

TOPCAT is very reliable, and user friendly. You can download the trial version that works with the 747. I recommend it to everybody.Paul
