MSFS 2002 g3d.dll

Recommended Posts

Hi, Has anyone experienced problems with the g3d.dll module in MSFS 2002 using add-on aircraft. When using the PSS 747-400 and any other, after a while the sim freezes and I get a 'fatal error' message. It always refers to g3d.dll module.Any help would be good as it is driving me batty.Regards,Nigel P Davies.

Hi Nigel,Well I started to have these problems this weekend, after a good year of FS2002.I have been trying to track the reason for my problems down, and the key things for me were.1) it did not matter what plane I was flying2) it seemed to do it in the same placeSo what I did was disabled all my addon scenery around the area that it was happening, and download scanbgls to check my scenery files.Scanbgls found a number of "bad" scenery files so I removed them.So far ,"fingers crossed", it seems ok, so my I suggest trying these things and see how you get onDan.
