June 11, 200916 yr Hello everyone :( ,Em i was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Fspassenger seems to think concorde has flaps and @ 350kias (when i'm accelerating to mach 1), the copilot says we've passed the max flap speed and the flaps are damaged. Hmm now i thought it would be a simple case of going to the aircraft.cfg and changing the 'damage' and 'blowout' speeds of the flaps i saw there(i think it's what codes for the visor and nose droop). But even when i set them to 2000kias( :( i had no other choice), it still says they are damaged beyond 350kias. I've spent the past 2 days poring through every detail on the aircraft.cfg and the .air file for anything that would alleviate this erm rather strange issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated... :( *edit* I'm running fs9 and the latest version of fspassenger for fs9. Also my nose visor is completely up when the fspassenger says my flap is damaged.
June 12, 200916 yr Try going to the config file FS9\FsPassengers\configopen the more_option CFG file and change the "disableflapspeedlimit=0"change the zero to One. Or is it One to zero :) cant remember !AnywayPretty sure that is the line to cure your problem but it may be worth looking on the fspassengers site , it has been brought up more than onceMark
June 12, 200916 yr The other problem you're gonna have is with the decsent, As Concorde could descend at more than 4000 fpm.I just gave up cause everytime I flew her the passengers were screaming. Clarke Kruger - CYEG

Thank you though :( , i did find the answer to what i was searching for on the fspassenger forums. Someone provided an alternate set of code for the flaps in the aircraft.cfg of the concorde though the flapset penalty haas to be disabled instead. The other problem you're gonna have is with the decsent, As Concorde could descend at more than 4000 fpm.I just gave up cause everytime I flew her the passengers were screaming. :( uh huh, i def realised this part when i started descent and passenger were flying around the cabin apparently....i had to use an alternate approach method instead to limit my descent rate to -3000ft/min. i start slowing down to M0.93 bout 280nm out. you should be at or approaching this speed when atc asks you to start descent
