WSSS (Changi Airport, Singapore) Taxi Instructions

Featured Replies

Hi all, I have just purchased and installed a scenery and airport enhancement for my home airport which is WSSS. The product is 'The Very Singapore X Scenery Package‏" by Samsoft.Everything works well however there is a slight issue. I have realised that after I request to taxi from Singapore Ground, I am simply cleared to hold short runway XX and contact Singapore Tower when ready. I am thus not given any taxi instructions such as, "taxi to runway XX via taxiway EP, etc).As detailed taxi routes are not given, the usual option 3 to turn on progressive taxi is not there as well.Anybody might have an idea on what is going on? Thanks!

do you have all the updates? i've seen this issue before and I think it was with an afcad for KSEA by someone in the library here. make sure you don't have duplicate afcad files either

Hello 413X3! Thank you for the reply. I have got the answer from a fellow flight simmer in Singapore. The scenery in Samsoft is misaligned with the default scenery by 0.4 nautical miles, therefore FSX is unable to issue taxiways as everything in the scenery is misaligned from what it was programmed for. Thanks!
