Oh no - 'Murphy's Law' or what??? The library comes back online now, and I have to go into hospital on Tuesday, and expect to be there until October!!!!Guess I wont be hogging the bandwidth Tom;-)Oh well..... never mind. It'll have settled and be back to normal for when I get home.

Yes. Here is a screen shot of the CURRENT file listing (just a small portion; very small). We have recovered what appears to be the entire FU3 library. Now if we can align the databases, you should have access to them all when we get back online.

I have areply. Kiss my &@($*. I have patiencly waited for the library to come back and no. You know what I think it is......money....the pay for this site are all on line and working fine. Money, money, money...... Avsim....you have my last dime.

Speaking just for myself Frank, but I'm still waiting for your first dime? Betcha' you're confused at just where you're at, considering AVSIM is a free website and always has been. My real hope is that you're not a real pilot, seeing how easy you get lost between websites, can't imagine what would happen if you lived near a coast and make a 180

I see many simmers desperate for the File Library.Ive used both Avsim and Flightsim.com for the last 10 years.Usually planes could be found in one or another.In fact many planes were in flightsim and not avsim...dont know if vice-versa.The thing is, not my intention to promote one or the other,in fact in forums we used to say...get such file from this library (flightsim.com) or avsim.comMany freeware developpers also post that on text files.So, whats the matter?, are people desperate from a file they badly need?Have they searched flightsim.com library?My panels (yes, Im a free developper) of the 747-200 and the 767 are the most downloaded panels in history in flightsim.com (for FS9).Just do a search of file "kmentt747.zip" 20,694 downloads and "kmentt76.zip" 25,338 downloads.They were never in Avsim. You know why? Cause when I tried uploading them at the time (2004) they had a large size for those days, and avsim gave persistent errors when uploading. I sent an email asking for help to admins and never got a reply. The upload to flightsim.com went OK straightforward.They only stayed in flightsim.comSo you see, an example of how the most succesful freeware panels were never found on avsim.So if simmers are desperately needing a file, look for them there also. They are both excellent libraries, and as said, some exclusives here and some exclusives there!K
