Recommended Posts

As a total newcomer to FSims, can any one advise me on how to get DreamFleet's Cessna 182RG to install in FS2k2.I can install it in FS2k with no problem but not in FS2k2.I get an error message about not being able to initialize,Tried installing FS2k2 on top of a FS2k installation but that was not much help as it does not overide any of the FS2k files.Any assistance would be appreciated

I don't know of a Dreamfleet 182RG. They produced a freeware 172 for FS2K, and have a payware Cessna Cardinal RG for FS2002. The only 182 addition I'm aware of for FS2002 is the freeware files from RealAir Simulations. These are nice additions for flight dynamics, but don't include the RG.Other problems with installations include additions such as gauge files, which might be seperate.http://www.realairsimulations.com/home.htmlL.Adamson

Thank you L.Adamson for your prompt help.I have no problems with the gauge files as I have installed several new models and have managed to hack several *.cfg files without any problem.I just think that that version of the 182RG from Dream Fleet is only meant to work with FS2k.Thanks for the tip on the freeware site.I was hoping to get it to work as it has a superb zoomable flight deck
