Help with Downloading.

This is not related to AVSIM, but it IS related to my using AVSIM :-(All of a sudden my browser quit asking me to save files when i am doanoading here. it just starts downloading the file automatically. I went to internet options and set SECURITY to default level, then ADVANCED tab I reset to default level too. That didn't help.Can someone tell me whre in windiws I can reenable prompting for downloading so I can start downloading paints again??? grrr. Windows XP has a lot of cool attributes, but maki8ng it so that if you are typing during a ownload and the box pops up and your typing (I am a FAST typer) kills off the download window permenantly was a stupid move by microsoft.
